  1. Mobile app

    Attachment previews and completed-only responses

    • File-upload answers show image thumbnails that open full screen; other files can be downloaded and shared.
    • Deleted files show who removed them.
    • The Responses tab lists completed responses by default, with a switch to show responses still in progress.
    • The mobile app is coming to the App Store and Google Play; it is not available for download yet.
  2. Builder

    HTML text blocks and welcome message

    • Text blocks and the welcome message can be plain text or sanitized HTML, in the builder preview and on the respondent page.
    • The welcome image can be picked from the host platform’s media library.
    • Branding live preview shows the welcome screen when it is enabled.
    • Fixed: welcome-screen settings are kept after reloading the builder.
  3. Responses

    Attachment downloads and permanent deletion

    • File links on the responses page download through your signed-in session.
    • Workspace owners and admins can permanently delete an uploaded file. The response keeps a note of who deleted it and when, exports mark the file as deleted, and the deletion is written to the workspace audit log.
  4. Registration forms

    Optional last name and gender questions

    • Organizers can remove the last name and gender questions from a registration form, and they stay removed on save and sync.
  5. Embeds

    Assigned surveys open straight from a loader

    • The embedded respondent dashboard shows a loader instead of briefly showing the survey list when it opens an assigned survey.
    • A new responsedock.survey.ready message lets host pages reveal the form in one step.

    • The browser SDK is available from survey.responsedock.com/sdk/, with a version-pinned path that receives patch updates and an immutable path per exact version.

    • show() returns a controller, and the modal is an accessible dialog with a focus trap that stays open for the thank-you page.
    • onReady waits for the survey to load. New onResize, onStepChange, onRedirect, onDismiss, and onClose callbacks; onComplete includes the response ID.
    • New IIFE build exposing window.ResponseDock for pages that cannot load modules.
    • identify() forwards a backend-computed user hash for identity verification.
  8. Embeds

    Smoother embedded surveys on any host page

    • Embedded surveys no longer scroll the host page; off-screen fields are revealed through a scroll request.
    • Host themes are applied field by field, with correct colors on dark host pages.
    • New already-submitted, expired-link, and offline screens, and a guard against double submission.
    • Complete interface translations for all 18 survey languages, including right-to-left layouts.
    • Embedded admin frames fit the host viewport, and workspace settings manage identity verification.

    • A host platform can register a callback when it creates or syncs a registration form and receives a signed event, with retries, when a respondent completes it.
