How it works
Three steps from sign-up to live
Publish the survey from a template, then send it by email: paste or upload up to 1,000 addresses per send, schedule it for the morning after, and set one reminder that goes only to people who have not answered. Each invitation carries a personal link, valid for 30 days by default. The same survey has a share link and a printable QR code for the venue. All of this works on the free Starter plan; embedding the survey in your own event platform starts on Pro.

Publish from a template
Start from the event feedback template, adjust the questions, and publish. The survey gets a share link and a printable QR code straight away.
- Step 2
Email attendees and put up the QR code
Upload the attendee list, schedule the send for the morning after, and set one reminder for people who have not answered. Show the QR code on the last slide and at the exit.

Read the answers while they arrive
Live results show ratings and comments as they come in. Export to CSV, Excel, or PDF for the debrief, and see who has answered in the invitation list.

Honest limits
What it does not do (yet)
- One reminder per send, only to people who have not answered yet.
- Up to 1,000 recipients per send. Monthly email allowance: Starter 100, Pro 2,000, Business 10,000.
- Invitation emails show “via ResponseDock” unless the workspace has full white-label (Business or Platform) with branding turned off.
- Private surveys and registration forms cannot be sent by email, and sending invitations needs a verified email address.
FAQ
Questions platforms ask
Do attendees need an account to answer?
No. Each invitation contains a personal link, and the share link and QR code open the survey directly in the browser.
Can we send a reminder?
Yes, one per send. Choose after how many days it goes out; it is sent only to people who have not answered, and it must go out before the survey links expire.
Can the survey run inside our event platform?
Yes, from Pro: embed it inline, in a modal, or as a hosted page, styled with your theme, and pass the signed-in attendee’s ID so each person answers once.
How do we collect registrations before the event?
Use registration forms: your server creates the form for the event and receives a signed callback for each completed registration. See the registration forms use case.
